Brooklyn Heights Promenade Proposal

On an overcast Saturday afternoon, Joel and Linda were enjoying one of their frequent strolls along the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. Following my and Joel’s careful plan, they stopped in view of the Brooklyn Bridge, where I was waiting and nondescriptly pretending to photograph the skyline. Just as it started to drizzle, Joel got down on one knee and proposed!

After taking a few minutes together to enjoy the moment, we shot some portraits along the promenade and on the surrounding streets of Brooklyn Heights before the happy couple headed off for a day of celebration.
